BUSINESS GOALS is aware of the importance of the Quality Policy in managing its activities and, for this reason, is committed to implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of the NP EN ISO 9001 standard, as well as, among others, the other regulations required by current legislation, and to continuously improve all processes within the organisation, aiming to ensure quality, excellence, and the full satisfaction of the expectations of its Clients and all interested parties.
